Kelp Dance

 

Today

      I

       sway

    my

watery dance

        undulating

                 with the

             surge

           safe

                from

 rugged shore

                  scorching sand

         while you

 anchor me

                roots

                    firmly

                        wrapped

                 so freely

                         I flow

               skyward

     stretching

                  to

                     grow                     Tomorrow

                                                  I

                                              will

                                           be

                                             your
                                                      rock

     and watch

       in

wonder

             from

                         below
